Born and raised in Kamloops, BC, I’m proud to provide Registered Massage Therapy in the community I call home. I graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (OVCMT) in Vernon in 2023 and have been practicing here ever since.

I’ve always enjoyed an active lifestyle, growing up playing soccer and spending as much time outdoors as possible. Outside of the clinic, you’ll often find me hiking and exploring the outdoors with my husband and our puppy.

As an RMT, I’m passionate about helping people feel and move better while creating a comfortable and relaxing treatment environment. I take an individualized approach to each treatment, tailoring my techniques to your goals and what your body needs that day.

My treatments may incorporate Swedish massage, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, trigger point release, and other techniques to help reduce tension, improve mobility, and promote relaxation.
